Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Katra, Jammu & Kashmir

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant field

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage manpower, maintain MIS reports, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, team-handling, analytical, and computer skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle and coordinate manpower effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain operational records, documentation, and reports.
- Use MS Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare official documents and reports using MS Word.
- Coordinate with different departments/teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational standards.
- Handle routine administrative and operational coordination.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Required Skills
- Strong manpower/team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications.
- Good internet browsing and online research skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate / MBA / MCA / BCA or equivalent qualification.

Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Operations, Administration, Team Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with proven experience in manpower handling and MIS reporting will be preferred.
