Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to join our hospital and clinic group as Operation & Business Development Manager – Group. The candidate will oversee operations across all branches, ensure service quality, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. This position requires relocation to our Gujarat branch as part of the operational requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate operations of all hospitals and clinics under the group.
- Ensure smooth functioning, service quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Work closely with Branch Heads and Department HODs to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand patient base and service reach.
- Identify current opportunities for business growth and partnerships.




- Review performance reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve group objectives.
- Support management in planning and executing new hospital or clinic projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Operations and Business Development in the Hospital, Clinic, or Wellness industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to relocate to any branches .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
