Geography Tutors to work with K-12 students in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online Geography tutoring sessions.
- Teach physical and human geography concepts appropriate to the student's grade level.
- Cover topics such as maps, locations, climate, landforms, populations, cultures, resources, and global regions.
- Help students with assignments, projects, homework, and exam preparation.
- Develop students' spatial reasoning and critical-thinking skills.
- Adapt instruction according to student needs and grade level.
- Track student progress.
Requirements
- Robust knowledge of Geography.
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
- Academic background in Geography, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make geography practical and engaging.
- Comfortable teaching students from K-12 online.
