Key Responsibilities

Digital Customer Support : Answer online chats, emails, and phone calls from customers shopping on the website or social media pages.

Online Order Processing : Review incoming web orders, confirm product availability in the showroom, and coordinate packing or shipping.

Sales Reporting : Track daily web traffic, conversion rates, and online sales numbers for store management.
