Role Description The On Site Supervisor role at ADORN HOMES is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects, ensuring that design plans, drawings, and specifications are accurately executed by contractors and vendors.

The On Site

Supervisor coordinates schedules, monitors quality of workmanship and materials, and resolves on-site issues to keep projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include regular site visits, progress reporting,



verifying deliveries and installations, and maintaining clear communication between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients. The role also supports safety and compliance on-site, while upholding ADORN HOMES’ standards for high-style, client-centered interiors.

Qualifications

- Project and site management skills, including coordination of contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, designers, and on-site personnel.
- Attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure alignment with design drawings, specifications, and finishes.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, fixtures, and residential construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, renderings, and technical documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and site visits efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make practical decisions on-site under time constraints.
- Comfort with digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., email, project trackers, shared drives).
- Experience in interior fit-outs, construction supervision, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is an advantage.
