We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Oil &

- Gas Faculty to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to students pursuing careers in the Oil &
- Gas industry. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching relevant technical subjects, developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, and preparing students for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on Oil &
- Gas-related subjects.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.

- Explain technical concepts related to upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil &

- Gas operations.

- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and industry-oriented training sessions.

- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.

- Provide academic and career guidance to students.

- Stay updated with current Oil &

- Gas industry practices, technologies, standards, and safety requirements.

- Support curriculum development and continuously improve training methodologies.

- Maintain student records,



attendance, assessment results, and other academic documentation.

- Promote a solid culture of HSE (Health, Safety &

- Environment)

and professional conduct.

- Coordinate with industry professionals and management for seminars, guest lectures, site visits, and placement-related activities.

- Mentor students and help them develop the technical and professional skills required for employment in the Oil &

- Gas sector.

Preferred Profile:

- Degree/Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Oil &
- Gas, or a related discipline.

- Relevant Oil &

- Gas industry experience and/or teaching/training experience.

- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

- Practical knowledge of Oil &

- Gas operations, equipment, safety practices, and industry standards.

- Ability to train students from diverse academic backgrounds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
