Role & responsibilities

- To conduct motor pre-inspections for recent business, renewals, policy issuance, endorsements, and break-in cases in accordance with company underwriting guidelines.

- To coordinate with customers, sales teams, branch offices, and external survey agencies to ensure timely scheduling and completion of inspections.

- To manage end-to-end inspection processes, including case allocation, status tracking, follow-ups, report verification, and closure within defined TAT.

- To review inspection reports and identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or missing information to ensure data quality and compliance standards.

- To assist the renewal team in handling break-in renewal (RN) cases by facilitating inspections and ensuring smooth policy conversion.





- To maintain accurate digital and physical records of inspection cases, documents, reports, and customer communications while ensuring confidentiality and data security.

- To collaborate with branch management, underwriting teams, and senior leadership to resolve operational issues, process gaps, and data-related discrepancies.

- To monitor pending cases and proactively follow up with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- To prepare and share MIS reports, inspection status updates, and performance-related data with management for decision-making and process improvement.
