About the role

Sonalika Social Development Society (SSDS), Sonalika Group, is hiring an Experienced Nursing Professional for its wellness operations in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. This role combines nursing support with wellness-related responsibilities and requires flexibility for official travel.

Key responsibilities

- Provide nursing support and appropriate care within the role’s authorised scope.
- Support wellness activities, programmes, camps and organisational tours.
- Maintain professional standards of care, hygiene, documentation and confidentiality.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
- Travel within India and internationally based on organisational requirements.

Eligibility

- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing or another recognised nursing qualification.




- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Active nursing-council registration.
- Valid Indian passport.
- Willingness to work from Hoshiarpur and undertake domestic and international travel.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, adaptable and comfortable working in a wellness-focused environment.

Compensation and development

- Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and suitability.
- TA/DA will be provided for official travel as applicable.
- Candidates interested in broadening their wellness capabilities may be offered professional training in massage & therapies. Prior experience is not required.
