- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.

- Proficiency in using various tools such as ATS systems for tracking candidate flow.
