Position: NICU Incharge

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of experience as NICU Incharge

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Location: BATRA HOSPITAL Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily NICU nursing operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage and guide NICU nursing staff and duty rosters.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital/NABH standards.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Doctors, and other departments.
- Monitor equipment, medicines, and consumable requirements.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure smooth functioning of the NICU.

Requirements:

- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling neonatal critical care patients.
- Good knowledge of NICU protocols and nursing practices.
