Revstories @ Rytstory is looking for Feature Content Writers with 1–4 years of experience in digital news, online publishing, entertainment journalism, lifestyle/features writing, service journalism, or newsroom-style article writing.

This is a remote, full-time role focused on creating engaging, feature-led digital stories for U.S. and international audiences across categories such as science, lifestyle, food, home, entertainment, psychology, pets, culture, history, gardening, and human-interest stories.

This role is meant for candidates who have experience writing published articles for news websites, digital publications, online media platforms, entertainment desks, lifestyle desks, feature desks, or similar editorial environments. This is not a generic content writing role. Candidates whose experience is mainly in SEO blogs, website content, brand copy, PR, social media captions, product descriptions, academic writing, or agency copywriting may not be the right fit unless they also have strong published article-writing experience.

The ideal candidate should be able to research quickly, identify strong story angles, write clean and readable copy, validate facts from credible sources, and adapt well to editorial feedback. We are looking for writers who understand digital readers, can go beyond basic rewrites, and are excited to work in a fast-moving setup where content, data, AI tools, and audience behaviour come together.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and write feature-led digital articles for online news platforms.
- Build stories from trends, studies, reports, credible sources, and audience-interest signals.
- Write sharp headlines, engaging introductions, and well-structured articles.




- Adapt stories for readers in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, and other English-speaking markets.
- Validate facts using reliable sources such as studies, university releases, official reports, expert-backed sources, and reputed publications.
- Rewrite, polish, and improve copy based on editorial feedback.
- Work with AI-assisted and data-led editorial workflows while maintaining originality, accuracy, and human editorial judgment.
- Maintain clarity, quality, readability, speed, and consistency across daily content output.
- Understand what makes digital stories perform and improve story selection over time.

Must Have
- 1–4 years of experience in digital news, online publishing, entertainment writing, lifestyle writing, feature writing, service journalism, or newsroom-style article writing.
- Experience writing published articles for a news website, media platform, digital publication, or online editorial desk.
- Strong written English and the ability to write clean, simple, engaging copy.
- Good research and source-validation skills.
- Ability to structure articles with a clear hook, flow, and reader takeaway.
- Comfort working remotely in a deadline-driven editorial environment.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to improve quickly.
- Ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy and editorial quality.

Preferred Background
- Journalism,



Mass Communication, English Literature, Media Studies, or related background.
- Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, features, digital news, pop culture, food, home, science, pets, psychology, or service journalism.
- Experience writing for U.S. or international audiences.
- Published bylines or article samples.
- Familiarity with CMS tools, SEO basics, Google Trends, and digital publishing workflows.
