Manage
Firewall security using Palo Alto, including zoning and segmentation.
Administer Aruba Transparent
Pass for Network Access Control (NAC), authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement. Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL processes. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support continuous service improvement.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during transitions and BAU operations.
