Dear Connections, /n /n ACL Digital is hiring for Permanent position for Automation Test Engineer(Network Security) for Bangalore location. /n /n Job Title: Automation Test Engineer – Network Security (Python) /n Experience: 5 – 10 Years /n Location: Bangalore /n Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only /n /n Job Summary /n We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based test automation and a solid background in network security technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test frameworks for security products and ensuring high-quality deliverables. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python

/n

- Work with frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium

/n

- Develop and execute test cases for network security products

/n

- Automate testing for technologies like Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAFs, and SIEM systems

/n

- Validate security features and ensure compliance with testing standards

/n

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies

/n

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

/n

- Identify, debug, and track defects to closure





/n /n /n Required Skills & Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

/n

- 5–10 years of experience in automation testing with solid Python expertise

/n

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test design principles

/n

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium)

/n

- Experience in testing network security tools and technologies , including:

/n

- Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower)

/n

- IDS/IPS systems

/n

- VPNs (IPsec, IKE, IKEv1/IKEv2, OpenVPN, SSL VPN)

/n

- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

/n

- Vulnerability Scanners (Nessus, OpenVAS)

/n

- SIEM systems

/n /n /n Good to Have Skills /n /n

- Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts

/n

- Experience with API testing and automation

/n

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

/n

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

/n

- Experience in Linux/Unix environments
