We are looking for a Network Engineer to support, maintain and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN and other network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches and network devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Support installation and configuration of networking equipment.
- Monitor network availability and resolve network-related incidents.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting using appropriate tools.
- Maintain network documentation and update configuration records.
- Support network security and follow IT security procedures.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
- Assist in network maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues.
- Ensure network issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
- Follow company IT policies, security procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts.
- Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and DNS.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and access points.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of IP addressing and subnetting.
- Knowledge of DHCP and network connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of CCNA concepts will be an advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
