MGM Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Marketing Team .

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive neighborhood-level marketing and patient outreach initiatives

• Build strong relationships with residential communities, corporates, institutions, associations and local stakeholders

• Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs and community engagement activities

• Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall, referrals and brand visibility

- Conduct local market mapping and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Doctors, Operations, Branding and Business Development teams
- Track leads, conversions and campaign performance

Ideal Candidate

• 2–12 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing / Hospital Marketing / Community Marketing / Local Area Marketing

- Solid networking and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and field execution abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth
