1. Role Overview The Maintenance Head Landscape & Horticulture will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and development of landscaped areas, and green infrastructure across the company's projects. The position will ensure that all landscapes are maintained to the highest standards of visual appeal, plant health, sustainability, cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency.

The incumbent will lead the horticulture and landscape maintenance teams, manage manpower and contractors, control maintenance budgets, establish SOPs and preventive maintenance systems, and ensure consistent quality across all project sites.
