About the Company A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India presence and has partnered with Flexiple to hire the leader who will grow business across the country. This is a chance to own a national mandate for a global product at an early stage in India. Role Overview

As a National Business Development Manager, you will own growth across India, building regional pipeline, winning key accounts, and putting in place the playbook that a national team scales on.

Key Responsibilities

National Growth

- Build and own the pipeline across regions and key accounts in India
- Run discovery, proposals, and negotiations to close national deals
- Set targets and a repeatable go-to-market playbook for the country

Accounts & Coordination

- Grow strategic accounts and channel or partner relationships
- Coordinate with marketing, delivery,



and regional contacts
- Report pipeline, forecast, and market insight to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in business development or sales with a national scope
- A track record of growing revenue across regions or accounts
- Robust commercial, planning, and negotiation skills
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building a market or territory from an early stage
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in business
