We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Mushroom Cultivation Supervisor to manage our mushroom production unit. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and supervise the entire cultivation process from start to finish. You will not be required to do manual labor, as a dedicated workforce (labor) will handle the physical tasks.

However, you must possess deep technical knowledge of compost making, temperature monitoring, disease management, and packaging to guide the team effectively and ensure high-quality yield.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Management: Guide, train, and supervise the labor team across all stages of cultivation, including composting, spawning, casing, and harvesting.

Compost Management: Oversee the formulation and preparation of high-quality compost suitable for optimal mushroom growth.

Climate & Temperature Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain ideal room temperatures, humidity, and ventilation (CO2 levels) required for different growth stages.

Disease & Pest Control: Proactively identify any signs of contamination, molds, pests, or diseases,



and implement immediate corrective and preventive actions.

Packaging & Quality Control: Ensure hygienic harvesting, sorting, grading, and proper packaging of mushrooms to meet market quality standards.

Requirements & Skills:Proven practical experience as a Mushroom Grower, Cultivator, or Supervisor.End-to-end knowledge of mushroom farming (specifically compost formulation, climate control parameters, and disease diagnostics).

Strong leadership and team-handling skills to manage and motivate the labor workforce.Positive problem-solving abilities to handle day-to-day farm challenges.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹1,50,000 - ₹3,00,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience and skills)Job Type: Full-time
