Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef who can independently handle multiple cuisines and ensure excellent taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. The candidate should be hands-on, creative, and capable of managing kitchen operations efficiently during both regular and peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, Continental and other multi-cuisine dishes as per the menu.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage daily food preparation, mise-en-place, and timely service.
- Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as required.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Monitor stock, storage, and proper FIFO practices.
- Control food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Assist in developing new dishes, recipes, and menu items.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment.




- Maintain discipline and cleanliness within the kitchen area.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other popular cuisines.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, gravies, marinades, and plating.
- Experience in handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Culinary Arts / Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate A hands-on All-Rounder Chef who can independently manage kitchen preparation and cooking across multiple cuisines while maintaining consistent quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation. Work Location: Mohali, Punjab

Salary: Rs.20,000 to 26,000/- per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
