Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to spearhead our integration engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 to 10 developers, serving as the technical anchor for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade integration solutions.

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring code quality through rigorous reviews while remaining hands-on with architecture and development.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Anypoint Platform, specifically utilizing CloudHub 2.0 (Anypoint Runtime Fabric / containerized deployments), and a proven track record of integrating Salesforce and diverse third-party enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and manage a team of 510 integration developers; allocate tasks, unblock technical hurdles, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Architecture & Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable, and secure API-led connectivity solutions tailored for a modern containerized workplace.
- Hands-on Development: Design, build, and deploy APIs and integrations utilizing various MuleSoft Connectors (e.g., Salesforce, HTTP/HTTPS, Database, File, Object Store).
- Environment Management: Oversee and manage application deployments, shared spaces, private spaces, and ingress configurations within CloudHub 2.0.
- Code Quality & Governance: Establish development best practices, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.




- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 8–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years of dedicated experience architecting and developing solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- CloudHub 2.0 Expertise: Proven experience in architectural planning, configuring, and deploying Mule 4 applications specifically on CloudHub 2.0, including managing Private Spaces, clustering, and replica sizing.
- Leadership: Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5–10 developers, managing deliveries, and conducting technical code reviews.
- Integration Expertise: Deep knowledge of API-led connectivity, RAML/OAS design, DataWeave 2.0, MUnits, and containerized deployment concepts.
- Ecosystem Connectivity: Proven hands-on experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and other third-party SaaS/on-premise systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs, Databases).
- Security & Network Configuration: Solid understanding of enterprise security standards (OAuth2, OIDC) and network architecture related to CloudHub 2.0 (VPNs, Transit Gateways, Firewalls).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA).
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jenkins) optimized for CloudHub 2.0 deployment APIs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
