MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN (MST) –

Position: Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

Department: Engineering / Facility Management

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical maintenance activities.
- Carry out daily preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, lights, switches, sockets, and basic wiring.
- Attend to plumbing leakages, taps, valves, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
- Conduct basic inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspection of DG sets, pumps, motors, and other facility equipment.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within the required time.
- Maintain daily maintenance checklists, service records, and job reports.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently and ensure minimum downtime.




- Coordinate with the engineering/facility team for smooth maintenance operations.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fitter, or any related technical trade is preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
