Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Mould Maintenance Engineer / Technician for our thin wall Plastic Containers thin wall moulds

1. Preventive Maintenance of all hot runner Moulds.
2. Handling breakdown maintenance of hot runner Moulds.
3. Hot Runner Mould General checking.
4. Hot Runner Mould Breakdown analysis.
5. Mould job card, Data collection and Record Maintain of Mould History Card.
6. Coordinate with production department for Mould Issues Coordinate with mould manufacturer and tool room Manager for providing solutions to mould related issues.
7. Monitor consumption of spares and ensure availability of critical spares for moulds
8. Identifying the area of improvement in terms of cycle time analyzing data and action plan
9. Asst New Mould Development and Trials.

Ensure mould maximum up time

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: CIPET, Diploma/ Degree (Mechanical), Vocational certification in tool and die making

Experience: 4-8 years in plastic Injection molding in thin wall mould maintenance, tool room

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents, drawings
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot molding issues to improve efficiency and product quality
- Positive Knowledge of the plastic injection thin wall Hot Runner moulds
