We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team on a project-based basis. The role will involve creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.

The designer will have the flexibility to work from their own location while coordinating with our team to understand project requirements, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics, animated content, short promotional videos, and social media reels.
- Develop visual concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create layouts, banners, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other digital/print materials.
- Edit and enhance videos, including transitions, typography, animations, and basic effects.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, typography, and design quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop campaign visuals.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final artwork within agreed deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Requirements

- Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics.




- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Experience creating social media content, reels, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Work Arrangements

- This is a project-based/freelance position.
- The selected candidate can work remotely from their own place/location.
- Projects and deliverables will be assigned based on requirements.
- Work hours can remain flexible, but the designer must be available for communication and coordination when required.
- Payment/remuneration will be based on the agreed project scope and deliverables.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion/video work is required.
