Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate. /n What you will do /n /n

- Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori setting

- Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs

- Present materials carefully and guide children towards independence

- Support development across language, math, sensorial work, movement,

- Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice
