Reporting Relationship: Project Manager Role Summary: We are looking for a MIS cum BPO who has experience in handling international customer through calls, texts and emails.

Job Responsibilities Core

Responsibilities of MIS Executive: Robust proficiency in handling multiple tools such as ticketing tool (SNOW), through mails, from calls when it comes to data handling. Strong proficiency in handling international customer through calls, texts and emails.

Experience in live projects that have been in place for at least one year. Communication and Presentation Skills Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the analysis. Must understand and unpack briefing given by different departments and other key stakeholders.

Proven proficiency to clearly communicate to the stake holders in the exact manner that is being asked.



Must think fast under pressure. Proficiency to understand requirements of management in terms of how they want the data to be presented.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Points

Knowledge of ticketing tool, incidents.

Experience working in retail domain. Minimum requirements MIS With inbound outbound call handling experience, Qualification:

- Graduate or equivalent Ensure customer satisfactions by advising customers on preventative measures, appropriate solutions and configurations which may impact product performance. Minimum 1 years’ experience.
