We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient MIS Executive who will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and providing accurate information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from different departments.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze business data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and reporting formats.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Generate sales, operations, inventory, attendance, and performance reports as required.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data filtering.
- Knowledge of Excel dashboards and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a background in MIS, Data Analysis, Operations, or Reporting will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting.
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
