Job Summary

We are looking for a Project MIS Executive to manage project data, prepare MIS reports and provide accurate information to management for project monitoring and decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and preferably have experience in a construction, infrastructure or contracting company.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project MIS reports.
- Track project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare manpower, productivity and material consumption reports.
- Maintain project-wise billing, collections and outstanding reports.
- Prepare cost and expense MIS reports.
- Collect and consolidate data from project/site teams.
- Create Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
- Identify project delays, variations and unusual trends in data.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Accounts and Management.




- Maintain accurate and updated MIS databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review meetings.

- IF formulas and Data Validation
- Excel Dashboards
- Data Cleaning and Data Consolidation

- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Contracting companies
- Knowledge of project billing and cost reporting
- Understanding of construction productivity and manpower metrics
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage

Ideal Candidate A highly organised and detail-oriented qualified who is comfortable working with large amounts of project data, follows up effectively with site teams and can convert raw data into clear and useful management reports. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
