Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Power Platform Techno-Functional Consultants who can work directly with business stakeholders, understand and analyse requirements, design appropriate solutions, and deliver end-to-end automation and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This is a hands-on techno-functional role. The consultant should be comfortable owning the complete lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points and automation requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design, configure and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse .
- Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps , where applicable.
- Build automated workflows, approvals, notifications and business process automation using Power Automate.
- Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles and related components.
- Develop custom components, scripts, APIs or extensions where standard configuration is insufficient.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications and external systems using connectors, APIs and appropriate integration approaches.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting,



debugging and performance optimisation.
- Support deployment, release management and movement of solutions across environments.
- Prepare appropriate functional and technical documentation.
- Work independently with client teams and take ownership of assigned solutions from requirement through delivery.

Required Skills

- 4–6+ years of relevant technology experience with solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform .
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse .
- Experience developing Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong understanding of workflow and business process automation.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of APIs, connectors and data integration.
- Ability to perform both configuration and hands-on development/coding where required.
- Good understanding of security, environments, solution management and deployment within Power Platform.
- Strong requirement-gathering and business-analysis capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and convert business problems into practical technical solutions.

Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, custom connectors, ALM/DevOps for Power Platform, governance and CoE practices would be an advantage.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable but not mandatory
