We are looking for a Meta Ads Campaign Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, setting up, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting, lead generation campaigns, budget management, ad creatives, A/B testing, and performance analysis. The role will involve monitoring campaign performance, improving lead quality and conversion rates, analysing key metrics such as CPL, CTR and ROAS, and implementing strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-oriented, and able to identify and resolve campaign performance issues effectively.
