Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (MEP QS) to manage the quantity surveying and commercial activities of MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other building services.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timeline.

- MEP quantity take-off
- BOQ preparation and checking
- Rate analysis and cost estimation
- RA billing and subcontractor billing
- Variation and claims management
- Cost control and budget monitoring
- MEP drawings and specifications
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting knowledge
- AutoCAD / PDF drawing measurement tools
- MS Excel and MS Office
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
