Key Responsibilities

- Handle international buyers and customer requirements from enquiry to shipment.

- Develop and modify jewellery designs according to buyer specifications and market trends.

- Prepare sketches, CAD requirements, product specifications and design concepts.

- Coordinate with CAD designers, production, sampling, QC and other departments.

- Prepare and maintain product sheets, costing, quotations and order details.

- Understand gold, silver, diamond and gemstone jewellery manufacturing processes.

- Follow up on samples, approvals, production and delivery schedules.

- Check product quality, specifications, finishing and design accuracy before dispatch.

- Monitor order status, production timelines and shipment commitments.

- Maintain proper records of buyer communications, designs, samples and orders.

- Research international jewellery trends, designs and customer preferences.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Merchandising or related field.





- 7-10 years of relevant experience in jewellery manufacturing/export.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery designing, merchandising and product development.

- Experience with international buyers/export customers preferred.

- Good understanding of diamonds, gemstones, metals, jewellery specifications and costing.

- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Valuable command of English, MS Office and email communication.

- Strong creative sense, commercial understanding and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
