Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Manager to oversee the complete design, execution, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in high-rise luxury real estate developments. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of real estate experience and a strong track record of delivering complex MEP systems efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. MEP Systems Design & Implementation

Lead the design, planning, and execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV, and fire-fighting systems.

Oversee installations for smooth integration into multi-storey buildings while ensuring compliance with codes, safety, and sustainability standards.

2. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to align MEP systems with project goals.

Ensure timely coordination and approvals to avoid design conflicts and delays.

3. Technical Oversight & Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues across project phases.

Provide expert support to site teams, engineers, and contractors.

4. BOQ, Procurement & Tendering

Prepare BOQs and technical specs for MEP works.

Support bid evaluation,



vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and design compliance.

Implement effective quality control procedures and corrective measures.

6. Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

Develop energy-efficient, cost-effective MEP solutions aligned with green building standards.

Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of MEP activities and approvals.

Prepare progress reports for senior management on scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of MEP experience, with 5+ years in high-rise luxury real estate or similar sectors.
- Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Solid experience in BOQ, tendering, procurement, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of local regulations and international codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and related tools.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
