We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and technically skilled Laboratory Technician to join our veterinary diagnostic laboratory team. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of laboratory procedures, be willing to work according to operational requirements, and maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and discipline.

The ideal candidate should be flexible with work timings and responsibilities, capable of handling routine as well as urgent samples, and willing to support different laboratory sections whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, identify, label, register, and process clinical samples accurately.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations according to established SOPs.
- Handle samples such as blood, serum, plasma, urine, cytology samples, swabs, and other veterinary specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers as per manufacturer guidelines and laboratory SOPs.
- Perform CBC, biochemistry, microscopy, urine analysis, cytology preparation, and other assigned diagnostic procedures based on competency.




- Ensure proper sample preparation, processing, storage, and disposal.
- Perform daily quality control (QC) and maintain QC records.
- Identify abnormal QC results, instrument errors, and technical issues and report them to the concerned senior/in-charge.
- Conduct repeat testing whenever required and ensure results are technically reviewed before reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation, registers, worksheets, and laboratory records.
- Follow all laboratory SOPs, quality procedures, biosafety, infection-control, and waste-management protocols.
- Monitor reagents, consumables, and other laboratory materials and report shortages in advance.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with reception, logistics, doctors, reporting team, and other departments for smooth sample processing and reporting.
- Prioritize urgent and critical samples appropriately to maintain required TAT (Turnaround Time).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
