Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Target-Based IncentivesWe are looking for a Sales Executive to generate advertising and sponsorship business for our news channel. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client-handling, and business development skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate advertising and sponsorship business for the news channel.
- Identify and approach potential clients, brands, local businesses, and advertising agencies.
- Promote and sell advertising opportunities across the channel and its digital platforms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with clients when required.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team for the execution of advertisements and campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in media, advertising, digital media, or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates from other sales industries with proven sales experience may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business results.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into clients.

Compensation₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills, plus target-based incentives. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,544.93 per month
