Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and fit dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures as per engineering drawings.

- Perform filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, and other fitting operations.

- Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Check die components for proper size, alignment, clearance, and fit.

- Install and set dies on machines as per production requirements.

- Carry out die trials and make necessary adjustments for proper operation.

- Identify and rectify die-related problems during production.

- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of dies and fixtures.

- Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.

- Maintain proper records of die maintenance and repair work.

- Coordinate with production, CNC, welding, and quality teams.





- Follow safety, PPE, 5S, and quality procedures.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and die maintenance.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of measuring instruments and precision fitting.

- Basic knowledge of machining, grinding, drilling, and fabrication.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with tight tolerances and maintain accuracy.

Pay: ₹9,266.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
