Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily MEP site activities and ensure timely execution.

Manage

Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting works. Read and implement MEP drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Civil teams, contractors, vendors and consultants. Monitor work quality, safety and project timelines.

Check material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores. Conduct testing, commissioning and snag rectification. Prepare DPR, progress reports and MEP documentation. Resolve technical and site execution issues.





Support final MEP inspection and project handover. Qualification & ExperienceDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant MEP/site experience preferred.

Experience in residential construction projects will be an advantage. Good knowledge of MEP drawings, AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong site coordination and contractor management skills.
