- To prepare layout of internal & external arrangement of the transformers as per specifications & requirements
- To review the drawing with internal and external stakeholders
- To standardize various components to be used in the product
- To perform checks at various stages of manufacturing for alignment between design & product
- To train team on various softwares used for designing
- To liaison with various stakeholders and ensure that production is happening as per design
- Monitoring of the designing / drawing activities to meet the internal or external customer requirement
- Focusing on optimization & standardization of design
- To lead, develop, guide & motive team members
