About the RoleWe are looking for a target-oriented and communication-driven professional to generate demand for Luman's automotive products by building strong relationships with mechanics, retailers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities• Regularly visit mechanics and retailers across the assigned territory.
- Promote Filters, Brake Liners & Lubricants and generate mechanic-led demand.
- Build strong relationships with mechanics, retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and drive new product/SKU placement.
- Achieve daily field visit and sales targets.
Also consider
- 3 years of experience in Automobile / Auto Aftermarket / Lubricants / Filters / Spare Parts .
- Positive knowledge of automotive products and local market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Existing mechanic/retailer network will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
