We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mechanic to join our EV manufacturing team in Dera Bassi. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle assembly, mechanical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, and ensuring that EVs meet required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical assembly and installation of EV components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in electric vehicles.
- Conduct routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Check brakes, suspension, steering, wheels, chassis, drivetrain, and other mechanical systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely.
- Identify defects during production and coordinate with the production/quality team for corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां





- EV वाहनों के मैकेनिकल पार्ट्स की असेंबली और फिटिंग करना।
- इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों में मैकेनिकल समस्याओं की पहचान करके उन्हें ठीक करना।
- नियमित निरीक्षण, सर्विसिंग और Preventive Maintenance करना।
- ब्रेक, सस्पेंशन, स्टीयरिंग, व्हील, चेसिस, ड्राइवट्रेन और अन्य मैकेनिकल सिस्टम की जांच करना।
- हैंड टूल्स, पावर टूल्स और वर्कशॉप उपकरणों का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
- प्रोडक्शन के दौरान खराबियों की पहचान करना और Production/Quality टीम के साथ मिलकर उन्हें ठीक करना।
- रिपेयर, इंस्पेक्शन और मेंटेनेंस का उचित रिकॉर्ड रखना।




- कंपनी के सुरक्षा नियमों और मैन्युफैक्चरिंग स्टैंडर्ड्स का पालन करना।

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in automobile, EV, automotive, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and vehicle components.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings/manuals is an advantage.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/technical training may also be considered.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

योग्यता

- Automobile, EV, Automotive या Manufacturing Industry में 1–5 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- मैकेनिकल सिस्टम और वाहन के पार्ट्स की बुनियादी जानकारी।
- बेसिक टेक्निकल ड्रॉइंग/मैनुअल पढ़ने की क्षमता अतिरिक्त लाभ होगी।
- अच्छी Troubleshooting और Problem-Solving Skills।
- संबंधित ITI/Technical Training वाले फ्रेशर्स पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।
- Manufacturing/Production Environment में काम करने की इच्छा।
