- Develop current customers and business opportunities for masterbatch products.
- Handle existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Visit plastic processing, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, film, pipe, and other manufacturing units.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable masterbatch products
- Coordinate with technical team for trials, samples, and product development.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in masterbatch, plastic additives, polymers, chemicals.
- Good understanding of plastics processing and applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
