About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be capable of building and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Build and optimize lead-generation and customer-acquisition funnels.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue.




- Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning and market presence.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, offline, partnership, and other relevant channels.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing executives.
- Set team targets, monitor performance, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and continuously optimize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and campaign performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with agencies, influencers, media partners, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Present regular marketing performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. MBA / Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage.
