We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead our Architect & Interior Designer (AID) marketing vertical.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing to architects, interior designers, design studios, and turnkey interior firms, along with an established network and database of key industry professionals.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects and interior designers, increasing product specifications, generating project leads, and driving brand visibility within the design community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on Architects, Interior Designers, and Design Firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and turnkey interior contractors.
- Develop a strong database of architects and interior professionals.
- Regularly visit architects, designers, studios, and project sites.
- Introduce and promote the company's laminates, decorative panels, and interior products.
- Drive product specifications in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and office projects.
- Generate project leads and convert specifications into business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations, and design meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on specified projects and convert them into orders.
- Identify upcoming projects and track them from specification to execution.
- Develop partnerships and relationships with design communities and industry influencers.




- Monitor competitor products, pricing, launches, and market activities.
- Develop marketing reports covering architect visits, leads, specifications, projects, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Architect & Interior Designer Marketing / AID Sales / Specification Marketing.
- Experience in laminates, decorative surfaces, plywood, furniture, interior products, or interior materials preferred.
- Strong understanding of the architect and interior design ecosystem.
- Existing architect & interior designer database/network will be a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and project-tracking abilities.
- Creative, confident, and comfortable conducting presentations and professional meetings.
- Target-oriented with strong business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and client meetings.

Key Objective The primary objective of this role is to build strong relationships with architects and interior designers, increase product specifications, generate qualified project leads, and convert specifications into sales. Salary: Competitive / Negotiable based on experience
