Marketing Lead

nAbout the Role:

nWe're looking for a Marketing Lead with Digital Marketing or Creative Agency experience to manage client accounts, drive projects from planning to delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, proactive, and well-versed in social media, performance marketing, SEO, and web workflows.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

nPROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Own end-to-end execution of assigned client accounts.
n
- Create project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
n
- Track deliverables and ensure on-time project completion.
n
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
n
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
n

nCLIENT MANAGEMENT:

n

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
n
- Lead client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
n
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal tasks.
n
- Manage feedback, approvals, revisions, and expectations professionally.
n

nTEAM LEADERSHIP:

n

n
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Web teams.
n
- Prioritize workloads and align teams with delivery timelines.
n
- Drive accountability across departments.
n




- Ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution.
n

nQUALITY & PROCESS:

n

n
- Review deliverables before client submission.
n
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.
n
- Improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
n
- Ensure consistent adherence to agency quality standards.
n

nREQUIREMENTS:

n

n
- 4–7 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Agency.
n
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
n
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Demonstrated team leadership and project ownership.
n
- Working understanding of: (Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Development & Maintenance, Content Marketing)
n
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management tools.
n
