Job Summary: We are hiring an energetic Field Executive to visit local construction sites, meet with builders, contractors, and project managers, and offer our scaffolding and shuttering material on a rental basis. The candidate will generate leads, explain rental options, close deals, and coordinate site deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Visits: Daily field visits to active construction sites, commercial projects, and residential developments in the assigned region.

- Client Engagement: Meet site engineers, contractors, purchasing managers, and builders to understand their scaffolding/shuttering requirements.

- Lead Generation: Identify recent construction projects in early phases and secure long-term or short-term rental deals.

- Quotation & Negotiation: Present material rental pricing, negotiate rates, and coordinate contract sign-offs.

- Coordination: Coordinate with the yard/warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery and return of rented materials.

- Payment Collection:



Assist in following up on monthly rental invoices and security deposits from clients.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 0–15 years of experience in B2B field sales, building material supply, or construction equipment rentals (Freshers willing to do field work are welcome).

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and field-readiness.

- Vehicle Requirement: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license for daily site travel.

- Education: Any Graduate.

Compensation & Perks:

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience)

- Travel Allowance: Petrol allowance provided separately
