Merciplus Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executives to expand our dealer, merchant, and customer network.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting dealers, merchants, solar installation companies, and households where solar systems are already installed, explaining our services and benefits, and registering eligible customers and business partners with Merciplus Tech.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit solar dealers, distributors, installers, and related businesses in assigned areas.
- Visit residential properties where rooftop solar systems have already been installed.
- Meet local merchants and business owners and introduce Merciplus Tech services.
- Explain the benefits, features, offers, and business opportunities available through our platform.
- Register and onboard dealers, merchants, solar customers, and other eligible users with Merciplus Tech.
- Assist customers and partners during the registration and onboarding process.
- Collect required business/customer information and documents for verification.
- Maintain regular follow-up with registered dealers, merchants, and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and customers.
- Identify new dealers,



merchants, solar customers, and potential business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration and onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to the management team.
- Coordinate with the internal support, sales, and operations teams to complete onboarding successfully.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to collect and enter customer information accurately.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, merchant onboarding, solar sales, fintech, e-commerce, telecom, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in field marketing can also apply.
