Role Description The Marketing Executive role at PESTLA INTERNATIONAL is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Pestla’s IPM services, support brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting local market research, identifying target customer segments, and developing marketing plans aligned with business objectives.



The role involves coordinating sales and marketing activities, managing promotional materials, supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives, and tracking campaign performance.

The Marketing

Executive will collaborate with operations and sales teams, participate in client meetings as needed, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Research and Market Planning to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication skills to engage prospects, coordinate with internal teams, and present marketing plans clearly.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand-building activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentations; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable results.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kozhikode and travel locally for client visits and marketing activities when required.
- Prior experience in service-based industries or facility management sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
