Marketing Executive – Field Data Collection

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Field Data Collection to generate and collect genuine leads through on-ground marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit events, societies, markets, vendors, and high-footfall locations.
- Approach parents/prospects and generate admission enquiries.
- Collect accurate lead details such as name, contact number, locality, and child’s age/grade.
- Conduct pamphlet/leaflet distribution and record responses.
- Enter collected leads into CRM/app/Google Forms on the same day.
- Maintain accurate source-wise data and submit daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly lead and data-quality targets.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate; freshers can apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with people in public places.
- Basic smartphone/app and data-entry skills.
- Willing to travel locally and work outdoors, including weekends/events.
- Experience in Field Sales, Field Marketing, Lead Generation, Education/Admissions, BTL, Promotions, or Event Marketing is preferred.
