Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, distributor/dealer visits and market development.

Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers and retailers.

Promote and generate business for LED, wires & cables and other electrical products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.

Follow up on orders, dispatches and payment collections.

Generate enquiries and drive them towards conversion.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.





Achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor competitors and provide market feedback to management.

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and client visit records.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Valuable understanding of local market and field sales.

Experience in electrical products, LED, wires & cables will be preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach.
