Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing and social media activities for projects and brand promotion.

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, videos, brochures and promotional content.

- Manage social media platforms, content calendars and regular posting.

- Coordinate with sales and creative teams for campaigns, offers and project promotions.

- Monitor engagement, leads and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand image, project positioning and target audience

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media or related field.

- 2 to 4 years experience in digital marketing/content creation; real estate experience preferred.

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Canva and basic video-editing tools.

- Robust content writing, creativity, visual sense and communication skills.

- Knowledge of AI content-creation tools will be an added advantage.
