Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for conducting thorough research, creating compelling content, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop content strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for various digital platforms including blogs, social media, email newsletters, website copy, reports, e-books, whitepapers and PRs.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)



Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all digital content.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
